At Scot Forge we have an Equitable Compensation Plan (ECP).
This profit sharing plan allows us to share the financial
rewards of our success. Twice a year the profit pool is
divided among the employees and is paid out in separate
bonus checks.

benefits to all full-time employees after they satisfactorily
complete their trial period. Scot Forge also provides company
paid Life Insurance to its regular employees. Annual, on-site

Scot Forge offers 100% Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time employees are encouraged
to develop their skills through job-related education. In
addition to 100% reimbursement, any regular employee who
completes 40 hours of class time in a calendar year is eligible
for $250 cash.

Competitive Salaries
Scot Forge offers competitive and generous wages. Each year
we participate in wage surveys to insure that we are offering
competitive wages in all positions. Employees on 2nd and 3rd
shift receive a 10% per hour night shift differential. All
full time employees receive at least 8 paid holidays each
year.
